What is TruShred?
TruShred is a science based, result driven interval training class that utilizes EPOC (Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption) which is proven to burn more calories than steady state cardio plus increase muscle endurance, strength and power.
How does it work?
TruShred concentrates on high intensity intervals followed by short rest periods which in turn will burn an average of 600-800 calories in a fast paced 45min class plus you will continue to burn calories long after you walk out the door.
I am a beginner, will I be able to keep up?
TruShred is a go at your own pace class. What this means is that anyone from beginner to advanced can take it. Every class is taught by a certified personal trainer that can modify each exercise to your specific needs plus motivate you to push yourself to the next level.
Is it fun?
TruShred’s personal trainers are personable and fun while motivating you throughout the whole class. We also use upbeat music to keep you pumped the whole time.
